There are 4 steps for registration:
All questions marked by a red asterisk (*) must be answered to successfully complete the registration.

1. Family Setup: You will only have to do this the first time you register. Create your login by using an email address you check regularly. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address.

2. Player Setup: Again, you will only have to do this once for each player.

3. Registration for the season: This section contains the information for each player for the current season; grade, health insurance information, emergency contact, medical information and contact. You will also be able to order uniforms and optional apparel on-line.

4. Checkout: You may pay by credit card or check or request a scholarship. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for financial reasons.

SYSA requires a copy of a birth certificate for all first time-registered players. This must be mailed separately to complete the registration process. Please mail to SYSA, PO box 132, Southborough, MA 01772
For Payment by check, first register on line, and then complete your transaction by sending a printout of your electronic receipt along with your check made out to SYSA, PO box 132, Southborough, MA 01772 (Bounced checks will automatically void registration and risk team placement.). Payment must be received within 7 days.
For Payment by credit card (Master card/Visa/American Express), your online receipt is your registration confirmation.
All registrations must be ENTERED no later than June 25th, 2009. Teams will be submitted to the leagues based on the number of registered players as of this date. Age groups will close as teams are filled. Any registrations entered after this date will be accepted only if space is available and will be subject to a strictly enforced non-refundable late fee for U9 through 14.

Fees: (Please note that fee includes Southborough Recreation User Fee of $15 per player.)

Registration fee, $90 for K thru U14 players
$5 discount for each additional child, $25 late fee will automatically apply after June 25^th for U9-U14. No late fee for K thru U8.
Uniforms fee, pre-K to U8, $30, U9 to U14 $45. All Uniforms are to be paid for on line and must be picked up.
Also we have added optional matching warm up Pant and Jacket. Jacket is $30 plus $5 for personalization; Warm up pant is $20. All items are to be paid for on line and must be picked up.

Refunds:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing or by email to the Registrar. A conflict with other sports does not trigger a refund. A full refund including any late fees will be issued to players not placed due to space limitations. No refunds will be issued for U9–U14 players after December 1st , for U6–U8 players after April 1st.

Please note: AdminSports, Inc. is not authorized to issue a refund.

The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 4 and above, Firefox, Safari and most versions of Netscape and AOL. However, if you encounter a browser problem, please try a different browser.
Note: Some corporate and university firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home.

U9 through U14 Registrations will be taken on line Beginning May 15th, 2009, ending June 25th,2009. K thru U8 registration will end after season begins. Registration can only be completed on line.
