Online Registration Instructions

Fall 2010 Online Registration Instructions

Beginning May 15, 2010 Southborough Youth Soccer Association will be taking registration for Fall 2010 soccer. Registration fee is $90. For U9-U14, registration must occur by June 30, 2010. After June 30, 2010 a $25 late fee will apply and players will only be allowed to play if there is room on an appropriate team.

There are 4 steps for registration:
All questions marked by a red asterisk (*) must be answered to successfully complete the registration.

1. Family Setup: You will only have to do this the first time you register. Create your login by using an email address you check regularly. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address.

2. Player Setup: Again, you will only have to do this once for each player.

3. Registration for the season: This section contains the information for each player for the current season; grade, health insurance information, emergency contact, medical information and contact. You will also be able to order uniforms and optional apparel on-line.

4. Checkout:
You may pay by credit card or check or request a scholarship. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for financial reasons.

  • SYSA requires a copy of a birth certificate for all first time-registered players. This must be mailed separately to complete the registration process. Please mail to SYSA, PO box 132, Southborough, MA 01772
  • For Payment by check, first register on line, and then complete your transaction by sending a printout of your electronic receipt along with your check made out to SYSA, PO box 132, Southborough, MA 01772 (Bounced checks will automatically void registration and risk team placement.). Payment must be received within 7 days.
  • For Payment by credit card (Master card/Visa/American Express), your online receipt is your registration confirmation.
  • All registrations must be ENTERED no later than June 30, 2010. Teams will be submitted to the leagues based on the number of registered players as of this date. Age groups will close as teams are filled. Any registrations entered after this date will be accepted only if space is available and will be subject to a strictly enforced non-refundable late fee for U9 through 14.

Refunds:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing or by email to the Registrar. A conflict with other sports does not trigger a refund. A full refund including any late fees will be issued to players not placed due to space limitations. No refunds will be issued for U9–U14 players after June 30, 2010, for U6–U8 players after Sept 1st.
